Kendall Hughes

Kendall Hughes has been a full-time real estate professional serving Central New Hampshire since 1997, bringing nearly 30 years of experience, local knowledge, and community connections to every client he works with. As a longtime sales agent with Elaine Hughes Realty Group LLC since its founding in 2005, Kendall has built a reputation for honest guidance, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence.

Specializing in local residential sales throughout the Lakes Region and Central New Hampshire, Kendall’s experience also includes years of involvement in condominium operations and property management, giving him valuable insight into many different aspects of homeownership and community living.

Kendall attended New England College in Arundel, England, where he studied Political Science and International Business Administration. During his college years, he also completed an internship in the Governor’s Council Office, helping build the leadership and communication skills that continue to benefit both his clients and community today.

Service to the community has always been a central part of Kendall’s life. He currently serves as a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician with the Ashland Fire Department and has dedicated many years to volunteering and public service throughout the region. Over the years, he has served in leadership and volunteer roles including the Board of Selectmen, School Board, Budget Committee, Housing Standards Board, the Historical Society, and the Ashland Fourth of July Celebration Committee. His commitment to helping others was recognized in 2025 when he received a local community service award honoring his years of dedication to the area from the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Family is incredibly important to Kendall. He and his wife have raised four sons, and although their family is now spread across the country, they remain very close and proud of the paths their children have chosen, including military service. When he’s not working with clients or serving the community, Kendall enjoys making memories with family whenever possible.
