Deb Hughes Perdue

Deb Perdue is a lifelong Lakes Region resident who has proudly called Ashland home for most of her life. With more than 21 years of real estate experience, Deb has built a reputation throughout Central New Hampshire for her local knowledge, strong community connections, and commitment to providing honest, personalized service to every client she works with.

As owner and broker of Elaine Hughes Realty Group LLC, Deb specializes in residential sales, rentals, and investment properties throughout the Lakes Region and Central New Hampshire. In addition to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market, she brings extensive experience in property management, condominium association operations, and rental management, giving her clients valuable insight into many aspects of homeownership and investment property management.

Before beginning her real estate career, Deb worked for Northway Bank and earned her degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Keene State College. While at Keene State, she made history as the first volleyball player inducted into the Keene State College Hall of Fame — an accomplishment that reflects the same dedication and work ethic she brings to her clients today.

Deb remains deeply involved in the local community. She serves as Head Volleyball Coach at Plymouth Regional High School and coaches for the Lakes Region Wavemakers swim team. She is also active in numerous local organizations and volunteer efforts, including leadership roles with the Ashland 4th of July Celebration Committee, Operation Santa Claus, the Ashland Women’s Club, and several youth and community programs throughout the area. In 2025, she was honored with the Outstanding Community Partner Award in recognition of her continued commitment to the Ashland community.

When she’s not working with clients or volunteering, Deb enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking in the White Mountains, camping, and enjoying everything the lakes and outdoors of New Hampshire have to offer.
